We hereby confirm that the “SmartIT” company participated in the project implemented with the aim of improving the information security level at “Unibank Commercial Bank” Open Joint Stock Company and replaced the security systems used for internal and external protection with the “Palo Alto Networks” Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW). As part of the project, network segmentation was carried out to optimize the network scheme of the internal infrastructure and ensure security. With the help of NGFW, security measures on both the perimeter and the internal network of the company have been strengthened. During the implementation of NGFW, the following functional capabilities were used:

• User identification;
• Identification of applications;
• Segmentation between users and applications;
• Intrusion prevention system;
• Web page classification system;
• Malicious traffic identification;

In the implemented project, the migration of the existing critical systems was carried out without downtime, and the optimization of security measures based on international experience was completed. Next Generation Firewalls are installed in high availability mode, which has been confirmed by various tests.
