We hereby confirm that the “SmartIT” company participated in the project implemented with the aim of improving the information security level at Central Bank and replaced the security systems used for internal and external protection with the “Palo Alto Networks” Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW). As part of the project, network segmentation was carried out to optimize the network scheme of the internal infrastructure and ensure security. With the help of NGFW, security measures on both the perimeter and the internal network of the company have been strengthened. During the implementation of NGFW, the following functional capabilities were used:

• User identification;
• Identification of applications;
• Segmentation between users and applications;
• Intrusion prevention system;
• Web page classification system;
• Malicious traffic identification;
• Tuning of virtual firewalls etc.

In the implemented project, the migration of the existing critical systems was carried out without downtime, and the optimization of security measures based on international experience was completed. Next Generation Firewalls are installed in high availability mode, which has been confirmed by various tests.
An “Imperva WAF” system has been installed for the protection of web applications and its efficiency has been confirmed by external company tests.

With the help of the “SmartIT” company, was deployed the system for detecting targeted attacks – “Group-IB TDS”. – Control of the usage of Internet resources by users;

– Identify and prevent malicious activity.

At the end of the project, detailed documentation was provided on all implemented solutions of the project, including:

– Design description;

– Documentation for the administrator;

– Current configuration;

– Description of steps to perform specific tasks.

With this letter, we confirm that “SmartIT” MMC participated in the project of building the server infrastructure of the State Agency on Mandatory Medical Insurance. “SmartIT” LLC had participated in all stages of the project. Considering the cost optimization and scalability plans of the Agency, “SmartIT” LLC offered to use Microsoft cloud solutions. Server infrastructure costs for the implementation of cloud technologies have been minimal, which in turn has allowed to focus on aspects such as security and availability.
At the same time, “SmartIT” LLC delivered and installed the equipment under the purchase agreement concluded with the Agency within the agreed time. We would also like to note that “SmartIT” LLC provided support with server resources to ensure the normal coordination of the Agency’s work until the equipment order and delivery period and to start work without waiting for the equipment.

The server infrastructure is designed to minimize downtime if any part of it stops functioning (confirmed later during tests). The security of users is provided by the next generation firewall of Palo Alto Networks.

The electrical, server and network infrastructure is neatly installed and marked accordingly. After the installation works are finished, “SmartIT” LLC provides continuous support in case of any IT problem or question.

The network, server and telephone infrastructure of “Pasha Insurance” were deployed with the help of “SmartIT” company. The backup storage is configured for the all critical data and critical systems are duplicated at the backup site. Redundancy and data availability have been repeadetly proven in critical response tests.

“SmartIT” has fully prepared the cable infrastructure of the entire building with a component guarantee for 25 years for the company’s new office. Also there were installed authentication and access systems for the building. For the convenience of connecting to the company’s resources, a wireless access system was deployed. During the move to the new building, “SmartIT” company organized the migration of all IT resources with minimal downtime.

Special attention from “SmartIT” is paid to building information security in “Pasha Insurance”. Palo Alto next-generation firewalls were deployed to control Internet access. A monitoring system with alerts has been set up to monitor critical nodes and services. An “Imperva WAF” system has been installed for the protection of web applications and its efficiency has been confirmed by external company tests.
